As an island very well-known for them, there are lots to choose from when naming the best beach clubs in Bali. It’s pretty much a MUST to visit at least one beach club while in Bali, but which one will you choose? After living in Bali for a while, I thought it was time to finally get my recommendations down on the blog!
There are plenty of choices and types, too – from beautiful beach clubs on the edge of the sand to pools on high cliffs with funiculars down to the water, from beach clubs that host famous dj’s and throw big parties to more relaxed ones where you can sink into a plush chair and listen to the waves as you eat gourmet food.
There are a lot of beach clubs in the Canggu/Seminyak area as well as lots on the beautiful cliffs of the Bukit and Uluwatu area and some ever further beyond! Below I will break them down into the top 5 and then by region.
Best Beach Clubs in Bali: Top 5
Before breaking up the best beach clubs in Bali by region, I thought it would be best to name the top 5 (in my opinion). These are all pretty epic bucket list-worthy beach clubs in Bali!
Atlas Beach Club
Atlas Beach Club pretty much took over the scene with its state-of-the-art beach club right on the beach in Berawa, Canggu. They have both a beach club – known at Atlas Beach Fest – and a Superclub for the parties to continue into the after hours.
The club is directly on the beach with vast and sweeping views out towards the sunset and Berawa beach as well as luxurious amenities. They have weekly events, resident and international guest dj’s. amazing equipment and production value, and a great menu of food and drinks too.
Known for showcasing Balinese culture through daily performances, Atlas adds a unique cultural touch to its electric setting.
Atlas also holds one of Bali’s best NYE parties. This year, they have the absolutely iconic Akon performing for the 20th anniversary or his hit album (yes, that makes me feel old too). Can you imagine grooving to “Smack That” and “Lonely” live while ringing in the new year? Me either – truly epic. Tickets can be found here.

Luna Beach Club
Luna Beach Club is an incredible new massive Bali Beach Club as part of the new Nuanu Creative City up in Tabanan, only about 20 minutes from Canggu. Luna is centered around the incredible ‘meditating woman’ statue with daily dj’s playing and lots of cozy cabanas and day beds, but there’s more to it than that!
Luna also has a beer garden (said to be Bali’s only clifftop beer garden) and my personal favorite venue in Bali, Utopia Cave Club. Utopia is an adults-only club section designed to look like you’re actually inside a cave! It has a swim-up bar, epic ocean views, and DJs playing there too. Luna also has a kitchen serving up amazing food!
Lune Beach Club Deals

Finn’s Beach Club
Finn’s is one of the OG Bali beach clubs and has reached a certain level of fame across the scene of the beach beach clubs in Bali. Finn’s is massive, with its beautiful bamboo architecture and space spread from tables to couches to bean bags on the grass.
In the days, Finn’s is like a beautiful and relaxing space to swim, eat, and drink. Towards sunset eqch day, the more upbeat dj’s come on (as well as live performers) and the vibe turns into a party – every single day!

Savaya Bali
Savaya, previously knowns as Omnia Bali, is less of a beach club and more of a cliffside venue for big electronic music shows. It has the classic beach club aspects such as different sizes of day beds/cabanas, which turn into table service as day turns into night. There’s a great food menu also and its a very chill place to hang out with epic views in the daytime.
At night, Savaya hosts some of the biggest names in electronic music in Bali, and has seen the likes of Black Coffee, Rufus Du Sol, Flight Facilities, and more. Karma Beach Club
Karma Beach Club is one of the best beach clubs in the Uluwatu area of Bali. This beach club gives you the proper cliffside experience with part of the club on the top of a cliff, and the rest reachable via funicular right on the sand! You can get the views or the water – or both!
Karma Beach is a bit more remote, but that just gives it all the more allure. They hold dj shows and parties as well as weekly events such as cocktail making classes, Tuesday movie nights, fire shows, and Bollywood movie nights too.

Best Beach Clubs in Canggu Area – Seminyak to Tabanan
Potato Head Beach Club
Potato Head remains one of the longer-standing and most sought-after beach clubs in Bali. Located in Seminyak, Potato Head has an amazing beach club, rooftop restaurant, unique hotel, and more.
Mrs Sippy Bali
Mrs Sippy is in central Seminyak and is known for having a huge pool, fun vibe, and huge diving/jumping platform for people to jump into the pool. Mrs Sippy has different happy hours daily, usually from 4-6 or 4-7, with different offers each day of the week.
Mari Beach Club
Also located in Seminyak, Mari Bech club may be the most ‘elegant yet quintessentially Bali’ beach club on this list. It’s constructed from beautiful, large bamboo structures that are especially picturesque against the epic sunset view from here.
The Lawn Canggu
The Lawn is an epic sunset spot in central Canggu with a pool, great food, direct beach access, and fantastic happy hours daily. It’s a lovely spot for brunch in Canggu to sunset drinks.
Best Beach Clubs in Uluwatu Area + Bukit
The Bukit area has incredible beach clubs. Here are the best.
Palmilla Bali
Palmilla Bali is a very picturesque and insta-worthy beach club on Melasti beach in the Bukit/Uluwatu area. The view is right out to the water with beautiful cliffs behind it, and many enjoy the swinging chairs at the bar. They have happy hours daily from 4:30 on selected cocktails, and also great music and dj’s sometimes too.
Tropical Temptation
Tropical Temptation is perhaps one of the only adults-only beach clubs on this list, which is a big selling point! It has a boho vibe and a truly incredible infinity pool view on Melasti beach.
Tropical temptation has varying deals each week, often with cocktail specials or oysters with champagne. They also have weekly theme parties from fire dancers to dj sets.
OneEighty Day Club at The Edge Bali
OneEighty is home of one of the most famous pools in Bali, the cantilevered glass-bottom infinity pool sticking out over a cliff! The pool itself is part of the OneEighty Day Club at The Edge Bali hotel. You must simply pay for a day pass which you can use as a credit for food and beverage.
As this is a hotel too (one of the only ones on this list), it’s one of the most unique places to stay in Bali and best spots to stay in Uluwatu.
Sundays Beach Club
Sundays Beach Club is another stunning cliffside beach club with incredible views. They have tons of events all week, from movie nights to morning yoga to silent discos. This is one of the best beach clubs for crystal clear swims in the amazing Bali water and walks along a remote beach!
Rock Bar
Rock Bar is more of a beach bar than a beach club, but it’s one of the biggest in Bali! Located inside the Anaya Hotel in Jimbaran, Rock Bar is a bucket list-worthy bar to visit. The whole bar spans along the shores of Jimbaran, directly above the crashing waves and with views across all of Bali and planes coming in to land at Denpasar.
Rock Bar has live music each evening at sunset and some of the best cocktails in Bali! It’s one of the coolest best bars in Uluwatu too.
